On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we’re thrilled to welcome you to the upcoming Carpathian Sea Democracy Week forum! The forum will be held from April, 28 to May, 2 in the beautiful Lviv region. We’ve secured comfortable accommodation and conference rooms at hotels in Truskavets, ensuring a productive and enjoyable experience. We want your time with us to be truly memorable. This forum is about consolidating the efforts to bring Ukraine closer to victory. However, it’s also a chance to enjoy the recreational activities and picturesque scenery of the Carpathian Sea region.

To help us finalize arrangements, please let us know how many people will be attending, your preferred accommodation options, arrival and departure date. Please consider the following conditions:

Sanatorium Karpaty: Offering 160 rooms, Sanatorium Karpaty provides 4-star accommodations ranging from EUR 59 (single) to EUR 93 (double). It boasts two conference halls: a large one accommodating 420 people with audio-visual equipment and a smaller one for 45 attendees. Hotel Vesna: This hotel features 45 rooms with rates starting at EUR 21 (single) and EUR 24 (double). Multiple conference halls cater to various group sizes, ranging from 60 to 250 people, with rentals from EUR 5 to EUR 11 per day. Shelters are available. English is spoken at the reception. Mirotel Resort & Spa: This 4-star hotel features 160 rooms with prices ranging from EUR 117 (single) to EUR 148 (double). They offer several conference hall options:

• • “Renaissance” Hall: Seats up to 200 people, can be divided into two halls, and functions as a shelter (rental: EUR 137/day).
  • “Symphony” Hall: Seats 100 people (rental: EUR 113/day).

Hotel Alkor: This 4-star hotel features 20 rooms with prices ranging from EUR 26 (single) to EUR 35 (double). Their conference hall accommodates up to 40 people (rental: EUR 46/day or EUR 11/hour). Truskavets 365: This 3-star hotel features 110 rooms with prices ranging from EUR 30 (single) to EUR 50 (double). They offer two conference hall options:

• Hall for 30-35 people (rental: EUR 35/4 hours, EUR 10/additional hour).

Perlyna Prykarpattia: This 4-star hotel features 90 rooms with prices ranging from EUR 39 (single) to EUR 61 (double). Conference hall services require prior arrangement. Shelters are available, and the reception offers English language support. Contact: +38 (067) 670 00 84.

            Green Park Hotel: This hotel has 35 rooms starting at 65 euros (single) and 69 euros (double). Breakfast is included.

          VitaPark Hotel “Stary Dub”: A 4-star hotel offering 84 rooms starting at 48 euros (single) and 57 euros (double). Breakfast is included.
