The NGO “Democratic Week of the Carpathian Sea” hereby expresses its respect to you and would like to invite you to take an active part in the international event “The 3rd Festival of the Democratic Week of the Carpathian Sea”, which will take place from 27 to 30 April 2026.
This event is an analogue of well-known democratic festivals in Europe, which annually bring together leading politicians, civil society leaders, and representatives of the business sector to discuss the most pressing issues of today. In Ukraine, with the support of the Scandinavian countries, such an event will create new opportunities to establish sustainable working relationships with the Nordic countries of Europe.

Your participation in the festival will provide an excellent opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions on key issues that require attention, joint solutions, and reliable partnerships. We would also be pleased to introduce you to how similar events are organized in the Nordic countries of Europe and how they contribute to strengthening trust in public authorities, political institutions, and relations with society.
The organization of your own panel discussion, stand, or tent at the festival venues is free of charge. You may bring your own equipment or tent to the festival, or, if transporting equipment from afar is inconvenient, you may rent the necessary structures from our partners at a 20% discounted rate: https://mebelvarendu.com.ua/
The only expenses related to participation in the forum are travel to Truskavets and Skhidnytsia and accommodation. Given the high number of participants expected, we are currently preparing a list of hotels offering discounted accommodation rates for participants of the Carpathian Sea Forum. This list will be published here in the near future. The railway station in Truskavets is located almost in the city center, making logistics to any accommodation option simple and convenient.
If assistance is required with group transportation or the logistics of heavy equipment, we kindly ask you to inform the organizers in advance so that we can provide the necessary support.

Institutions that complete registration in a timely manner will have the opportunity to submit their proposals regarding the layout and placement of their pavilion at the event.
