Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Data Collection: We will collect and analyze gender-disaggregated data related to our operations, employment practices, and event participation to identify and address potential gender gaps or inequalities.

  • Educational Resources: We will develop and disseminate educational resources, toolkits, and guidelines to support the implementation of gender-inclusive practices within our organization and during our events.

Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response:

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of gender-based violence, including sexual harassment, assault, or exploitation, within our organization or during our events.
  • Reporting Mechanisms: We will establish clear and confidential reporting mechanisms for individuals to report instances of gender-based violence, and ensure prompt and impartial investigation and resolution of reported cases.
  • Support Services: We will provide information and facilitate access to appropriate support services, such as legal aid, counseling, and healthcare, for individuals affected by gender-based violence.
